ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION/ROLE:

  • Mark & survey the new construction sites.
  • Prepare material quantity for all the on-going sites before the start of particulate stage.
  • Deliver material balance list for all the sites at the end of every day’s work.
  • Lead the labour team in all works which demands accuracy in measurements.
  • Inform the architect about any changes made in the site and insist him/her to make change in the respective drawings.
  • Inform office regarding any change or addition requested by clients.
  • Collect and inform daily site updates to office before start of every day’s work.
  • Attend client calls regularly and give clarity to their doubts.

ARCHITECT

JOB DESCRIPTION/ROLE:

  • Architects design buildings and other structures, In addition to considering the way these buildings and structures look (FACADE) they also make sure they are functional(PLAN & INTERIOR), safe, economical and suit the needs of our clients.
  • Architect and clients will discuss the objectives, requirements and budget of a project. Based on this architect creates all drawings (Scheme, Working, Structure, Electrical and Plumbing).
  • Coordinate the efforts of design and construction teams.
  • Present pre-construction designs to clients for approval.
  • They may be involved in all stages of the construction of a building.

Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION/ROLE:

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Strong attention to cash inflows and outflows
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Track and analyze construction project costs, ensuring accurate cost reporting.
  • Handle weekly closings.
  • Prepare payment receipts
  • Prepare agreements
  • Prepare purchase order

PURCHASE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION/ROLE:

  • Bring in new vendors sufficiently and handle all credit & debit accounts.
  • Collect amount receivable from existing clients and prepare payment forecast based on construction agreement.
  • Study new construction agreements and prepare payment schedule teaming with architects.
  • Collect material balance list of all the sites at the end of every day’s work from engineers. Use the same to make purchase from respective vendors.
  • Collect delivery chalans for each load of every materials delivered in site.
  • Collect weekly payment list from all material suppliers and advise payment disbursement.
  • Collect weekly payment list from all labour teams and advise payment disbursement.
  • Create- document for any changes or additional requirement requested by clients.
  • Collect and inform daily site updates to office before start of every day’s work.
  • Attend all vendor calls so that they don’t panic regarding the payments.
  • Assist sales team in construction agreement by providing frequent insights about the material pricing and new material availability.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR
